I have a miracle! I have been taking digestive enzymes each time I eat to help my body digest my food and it is amazing! It makes me feel so much better. This is just the brand that me mom got for me at her health food store. I am sure there are different kinds that would work too. I only have one more left to last me for 2 days, I don't know how I will survive!! UGH! I am still taking the generic zofran that cuts the edge off a little. I have only thrown up 1 time in 7 days. Very nice!
I am trying to do more around the house to cook, do some light cleaning and laundry. I do get tired very easily. I am really trying not to sit too long. It also has helped my digestive system. I have taken Senokot to help things flow too. It is very gentle and has taken a little longer to work, but has helped. Movement is key though and drinking water.
I am trying to eat more foods that sound good, not just easy on the stomach, which has been such a blessing. Anything sweet is still not fun to eat due to the after taste. YUCK! That is the worst.
Also, I get headaches which is no fun. Could be anything. Zofran, lack of water, head position while resting etc. I have ordered a body pillow and am awaiting it. Hoping that will help me sleep better. I will let you know how it works and post the website once I get it.

After Effects!
The baby in my belly is taking all my nutrition I am eating and making me so darn tired!!! I try and get some things done before I eat, because after I am NO good! I just hope to start gaining weight after losing about 20lbs.
I reflect a lot on how my last pregnancy was, and get kind of sad, wishing this one were a little easier and remembering how bad I thought it was! I did not see anything yet! SOund off, I need a nap!

The cure for morning sickness!!
Since my 6th week of pregnancy I have been sick. Much more sick than with my first. I was put in the hospital for 6 days on a liquid diet and getting my fluids through an IV. Contemplating if this is all worth it. There were times sitting in the hospital bed I would wonder what did I do to get so sick to not keep anything down and be so nauseous. What do I need to learn, what is wrong with my body that it can't handle this when so many other women have no problems.
I am not in the hospital anymore(Thanks Goodness) and am recovering at home from the lack of nutrition, weight and energy from being in the hospital. I always thought that the hospital was going to make me all better and make it all right. Boy was I wrong!!! If there was something wrong they would just shove more meds down my throat instead of finding the cause-just pregnancy right... Well, I got put on so many meds which led to more anxiety and depression-when that place is supposed to help it just was not what I needed. Don't get me wrong, I would have been in a bad way if I did not go, dehydrated as I was, and everyone just wanted to help me get better. I was afraid of having to stay in the hospital, going home and doing it on my own, throwing up all the time, getting dehydrated, not being able to care for my home and family etc.
So my mom and I have decided a better way. My mom is courageous and had 5 kids being sick almost the entire time. Yeah! She is amazing! She has given me pep talks (a lot!) to remind me that it is okay to throw up, just remember to keep eating and drinking. SO I took that step! I still HATE to throw up! But I have to submit to it at least once a day to feel a little bit of relief.
I have tried many possible cures to help and hope this might help someone.
1. Someone told me about NATURAL progesterone cream to help with nausea, could have worked, but I was afraid that the added progesterone made my constipation worse.
2. Gemisphere beads to help with healing and anxiety. This has helped me I feel, if you want to try some alternative methods. They are very helpful!
3. Plum Smart juice to help with my digestive system and plumbing that have seemed to not want to work properly. This is one of the most frustrating things for me!!! I have to say, sorry for being so blatant-I HATE ENEMAS, MILK OF MAGNESIA and other things along those lines!!!! Try this and it might help. I just can't handle any milk products, this juice is even stretching it for me. I have to drink it while I am eating breakfast and then lie down to let it digest so I know it will work. Good Luck!
4. Zofran (generic) This is not as good at the Brand, but when the Brand name is $200 for 6 pills, there is no way we can afford it. It does okay, but with my first one I had the brand name and it was my miracle drug!
5. Good friends to help with shopping when no family is around!!
6. Some people say they have had luck with Claritin the allergy medicine. That might be the issue for me, but I took it for one day and saw no difference and worried about it not helping my constipation issue.
7. Go to a Chiropractor to help relieve stress on muscles and joints.
8. Drink a lot of water. This has been really hard for me, but I am really trying as it makes me more nauseous to drink water.
9. Eat more fruits and veggies-I was afraid to, but am trying.
Still wondering just why my body won't go back to normal, what is the reason so I can do something about it and feel whole again!!!!
A work in progress and a daily search!!
